Jin's Health tips suggest that you should have at least 7 hours of sleep a day.
A good sleep requires at least two sleeping cycles where the sleep waves ranges from Rapid Eye Movement(REM) to delta waves(stage 4) as shown in the figure below.

- Decreases the chances of getting cancer
- Better memory
- Makes you feel energetic
- Better immune system
- Better detoxification of unwanted substances within the body
How do you know if you have a sleeping problem?
- If you take more than 30mins to get to sleep, you are most likely to have a sleeping problem.
So How?
- Exercise regularly
- Try to improve your sleeping habits in terms of posture and the time you sleep
- Keep a sleep diary to see if there is any improvement
- Get a posturepedic mattress
- Consult a doctor if this issue persists
